The following changes have been made for the Pretty Creative 3.0 release:
- Lots of stylistic changes.
- Typography reworked completely.
- Removed font import from the CSS and placed it in the functions file.
- Got rid of the need for genesis featured amplified widget plugin.
- Replaced the Home Page 2 Widget with the Woo Commerce Product Widget.
As there are quite a few changes to the stylesheet, I recommend treating this as a new theme and replacing your current version if you wish to update to 3.0.
This does mean you will lose any customizations you’ve made directly to the stylesheet.
IMPORTANT: If you have added customizations to the additional CSS area, simply save them in a text document and paste them back in if they are removed in the process of updating.
To Update Pretty Creative to 3.0
- deactivate your current theme
- delete it entirely
- download a new copy of the theme from your account area
- upload and activate the new theme
